ExtraStaff Terms of Use

ExtraStaff is a mobile marketplace for temporary hospitality shifts. The platform helps restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality workers connect quickly for extra shifts. ExtraStaff is provided by PM Studio. Support email: infoextrastaff@gmail.com.

Accounts

By using ExtraStaff, users agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. ExtraStaff uses email authentication only and does not use SMS, phone, ID, passport, or DNI verification.

No CV system

Workers do not upload CVs. Worker reputation is based on platform activity, completed shifts, ratings, reviews, reliability, and references from registered businesses.

Worker responsibilities

Workers must provide accurate profile information, apply only for shifts they can attend, respect confirmed shift times and locations, communicate professionally, avoid overlapping confirmed shifts, and comply with applicable work, tax, permit, food safety, and legal requirements.

Business responsibilities

Businesses must provide accurate business information, post truthful job details, review applications fairly, confirm workers only for real shifts, rate completed shifts honestly after the scheduled shift time has passed, communicate clearly, and comply with applicable employment, tax, permit, insurance, food safety, and legal requirements.

Jobs, chat, reputation, and references

A business can post a shift, a worker can apply, and the business can accept an application. Applications and confirmed shifts may create chat access. Completed shifts may be rated from 0 to 10 for punctuality, speed, professionalism, organization, and teamwork. Workers may request up to 3 references from registered businesses. Reviews and references must be honest and respectful.

Payments and work conditions

ExtraStaff does not process wages, does not hold funds, does not guarantee payment, and is not the employer of workers using the app. Payment amount, payment method, payment timing, work conditions, contracts, tax obligations, permits, insurance, and legal employment obligations are handled directly between the worker and the business.

Free MVP, future paid features, and advertising

ExtraStaff starts as a free MVP. In the future, ExtraStaff may introduce paid packages, subscriptions, or other paid features for businesses. These terms do not promise permanent free access. ExtraStaff may include banner advertising in the future.

Account deletion

Users may delete their profile and account where available in the app. Some completed shift, review, reference, no-show, or reputation records may be retained, anonymized, or kept in restricted form where needed for marketplace integrity, dispute prevention, safety, legal, fraud prevention, or operational reasons. Users can also request account deletion at pmstudio.net/extrastaff/delete-account.

Prohibited use

Users must not create fake profiles or fake job posts, post misleading pay or job details, manipulate reviews or reputation, harass or discriminate against others, use ExtraStaff for illegal activity, access data without permission, scrape the app, or upload harmful content.
