ExtraStaff Account Deletion

ExtraStaff users can request deletion of their account and profile data.

Delete from the app

1. Open ExtraStaff.
2. Open Menu.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete profile.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email infoextrastaff@gmail.com from the email address used for your ExtraStaff account. Use the subject: ExtraStaff account deletion.

What is deleted

ExtraStaff deletes or disconnects account profile data that is no longer needed to provide the service, including profile information where technically possible.

What may be retained

Some limited records may be retained, anonymized, or kept in restricted form where necessary for marketplace integrity, dispute prevention, safety, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or operational records. Examples may include completed shift records, ratings, no-show records, abuse reports, and records needed to prevent manipulation of reputation.
